To make awesome cake batter popcorn, here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 cups of popcorn, already popped
- 8 ounces of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup of sprinkles
Line a sheet pan with non stick baking paper and spread out the popcorn on top.
Chop the white chocolate into small squares and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds, and stir again until smooth.
Stir cake batter into the melted white chocolate and add the sprinkles.
Drizzle the mixture on top of the popcorn. The best way is to use your hands to completely cover the popcorn on all sides.
Let it set for a few minutes before eating to get that chocolate crisp pop. Best eaten soon after it is made.
