To make awesome cake batter popcorn, here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 cups of popcorn, already popped
- 8 ounces of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup of sprinkles
- Line a sheet pan with non stick baking paper and spread out the popcorn on top.
- Chop the white chocolate into small squares and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds, and stir again until smooth.
- Stir cake batter into the melted white chocolate and add the sprinkles.
- Drizzle the mixture on top of the popcorn. The best way is to use your hands to completely cover the popcorn on all sides.
- Let it set for a few minutes before eating to get that chocolate crisp pop. Best eaten soon after it is made.
