Here’s a quick and easy veggie fry up:
- Heat a tablespoon oil (I prefer coconut oil) on a wok and after it gets hot, add garlic
- I like doing minced garlic (I usually have this prepared already in little cubes in the freezer). Keep this on medium until the garlic starts to slightly brown.
- Toss in bok choi, mushrooms, onions, and bellpeppers
- Finally drizzle a bit of soy sauce and Enjoy
