Veggie Fryup Sidedish

Here’s a quick and easy veggie fry up:

  1.  Heat a tablespoon oil (I prefer coconut oil) on a wok and  after it gets hot, add garlic
  2.  I like doing minced garlic (I usually have this prepared already in little cubes in the freezer). Keep this on medium until the garlic starts to slightly brown.
  3. Toss in bok choi, mushrooms, onions, and bellpeppers
  4. Finally drizzle a bit of soy sauce and Enjoy
